South Harrison Water Corp.
South Harrison Water is owned by the members that we serve. The membership elects our board of directors and the board governs the utility through the general manager and employees. The board of directors have a regular monthly meeting where the operation of the utility is discussed and policy is set. The corporation also has an annual membership meeting where the utility operation and financial status are discussed and board members are elected. There are other committees that meet as needed, such as the nomination committee and the well head protection local planning team. Occassionally public forums are held to discuss important utility issues.
