Eagle Scout Scott Owen & Leadership Project .....

Scott Owen is the son of Ron and Jillene Owen of Elizabeth, IN and he made Eagle Scout in 2000. His leadership service project was to make the dining hall and a latrine handicap accessible at Camp Stem, a local Girl Scout camp near Laconia, IN. The project included two wheel chair ramps and remodeling a latrine stall to make it wheel chair accessible. A total of 63 service hours were spent working on this project.
