This photo shows Eagle Scout Samuel "Lucky" Hecht in the role as 'the musher' of Troop 47's sled at the Klondike Derby in 1988. It was held at Camp Cedarbrook near Lanesville, IN. The boys participate in the sled race every year at Klondike and it is held regardless of rain, snow, or sunshine. A team of boys are hitched to the sled to provide the pulling power. It is a true team event that requires concentration and team work.
